“Staff was friendly room and facility was clean and safe. Next morning hairdryer didn’t work I called the front desk and one was immediately brought up to us.”

“Room was clean. TV was hard to see, dark. In room Coffee maker was broke, staff provide replacement. The sink plunger did not work.”

“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”
