“This property was very unkempt. The shower had black mold. The carpet was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. I booked to stay for one night. Due to the conditions, I checked out the same day. It wasn't good. They have very strongly scented air fresheners in the hallways to mask the smell of the dirty carpets. DO NOT STAY HERE! ”

“I planned to book a premier inn hotel in airport for flight transit but booked this hotel incorrectly. It required almost AED 64 by taxi from the Abu Dhabi international airport to there. The Taxi driver pretended that he had no change and the taxi charge ended up to be AED 70. This hotel did not provide slippers, shower cap, tooth brush and toothpaste. When I tried to buy slippers from the 24- hour shop next to this hotel, they said they did not sell slippers. Stains were apparent on……

“The bathroom was not clean as shown in the photos -- I mean general repairs required, grout for tiles was black and the tub had permanent markings, the desk also seemed to have markings on it. Housekeeping was very kind and receptive to requests and swift to complete.”

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed.
