Only issue this time was asked for an early check in by 2 hours- I understand they’re not guaranteed- however when guests are waiting don’t think it’s too inconvenient to tell the housekeeping staff especially when working on that floor at the time to start with the room we wanted then continue on cleaning the rest of the floor. “I absolutely love what they’ve done with this place. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years, back when it was owned by other companies, and it has always felt safe and quiet. If you asked younger me, I’d say the food and bar used to be better, but I wouldn’t trade that for the massive upgrade they’ve done to the rooms.
