“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“Bastante agradable la experiencia en el hotel. A pesar que es una hacienda la mantienen bastante cuidada y arreglada. La alberca increíble con buena temperatura para los peques y para el público en general. Las habitaciones bien aunque con momentos con olores a caño. Lo único medio no rescatable el precio de buffet algo caro a mi parecer y los alimentos nada fuera de lo correcto común. Poner atención a la preparación de sus enchiladas queretanas. ”
