“some maintenance is required at the property. There is no on-site management. our studio had a broken blind, the fridge freezer was iced up. One of the power points was faulty. The property would be 4 star if these minor items had not lowered the rating. Its a beautiful location and the studio was well appointed ”

“Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. ”

“this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. “We had a lovely one night stay in The Barn and would love to return in the future. This place is a gem! Private, beautiful landscape and very well done inside with high end finishes. Loved the brick walls throughout and cosy, yet high end feel. The jacuzzi tub with nice smelling bath salts and candles was very romantic.
