“Great hotel and great staff! The rooms are on floor forty of Orbi city block and has wonderful views of city and sea. It’s very quiet and clean and has all of what the 5star hotels have! Garaj club and batumi mall and beach are near to property. ”

“It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful. In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay.”

“I had the panorama rooftop room. The views were pretty nice, It was on the 27th floor. From one living room you saw the mountains and the other living room had a view to the beach. The kitchen was really basic, two stoves and a pan. No oven or microwave. The internet connection was good, I was able to work remotely with it and watch live stream sport.”

“Beautiful big room, very clean and a wonderful bathroom, seemed newly renovated with an excellent flow of water for the shower. First class waiters in the dining room both for breakfast and one dinner. A big choice for breakfast with a very tasty Georgian salad freshly made. Dinner was delicious, excellent work by the chef. Wine and drinks were a bit expensive. A special thanks to the front desk manager and the receptionists who helped make our first visit to Batumi memorable.”

“Room photos don't match the photos on Expedia. Photos are more modern and of newly renovated, spacious, colorful rooms. Kitchen supplies and amenities extremely limited. Location is quite far from everything. You would need to take a bus to get to town, although the beach isn't too far.”
