“A estadia no geral correu muito bem! Quartos espacosos e com muito Boa Vista! Piscina interior e sauna com uma vista maravilhosa tambem! Viajamos em familia, e o hotel não tem espacos pensados para Crianças, mas conseguimos destrutar da piscina interior no horario permitido para criancas (penso que poderia ser um pouco mais alargado)! A melhorar variedade de opcoes de Comida no Restaurante Bar do Hotel e mesmo do Bar, a comida deixou um pouco a desejar para a regular Que esta o hotel! O……

“非常完美，床超大床品极其舒适，周围到处是葡萄梯田，在夕阳中及第二天的晨雾中美丽及神秘。就是在山里，要开一段较窄的山路，好在车不多。”

“Un accueil chaleureux, serviable et familial. Pour les randonneurs, les sentiers pour vous balader à travers les vignes sont au pas de la porte. Paysage magnifique.”

“OMGosh this is the prettiest hotel. Right on the Douro River. Every nook is a surprise. All the rooms are slightly different so choose wisely and be specific. We had a wonderful dinner in the the restaurant. All the food was very good, just be aware if you have food restrictions etc. as "no dairy/milk" seems to be get confused. Just ask to speak to someone who knows as they actually pride themselves on being able to accomodate Gluten and Dairy free . Having said this, the breakfast is……

“This is probably my first hotel review. I felt I needed to get a review as a thank you to the exceptional service we received at this place. They could not have been more accommodating and nicer. The hotel location is a probably the best location I have ever been too; truly breathtaking. I strongly recommend it.”

“Bad smell in bathroom. Couldnt adjust heating in the room. Staff barely interested in communication. Awful restaurant. Only a poor set menu while i was there. ”

“Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 4 étoiles vieillissant. Mégots dans le cendrier sur la terrasse de la chambre et surtout pas d'ascenseur : accès aux chambres par un escalier bien raide. Petit déjeuner décevant. Les parties communes ont un certain charme et l'environnement très calme ”
