“酒店整体还是不错，但是非常气愤的是我订了5间全部含早的房，但是到酒店只有2间含早，3间不含早，跟订房中心沟通了两天，结果让我先付款，再申请退款，非常不爽！！”

“The pool was closed indefinitely- there was no sign notated anywhere. The customer service was dry and not very friendly- had to go down to front desk several times bc key cards didnt work and there wasnt even a hair dryer in the room. There was only one restaurant that was open we were told and there was coffee in the room but no water to be able to use for it. The room was clean and nicely updated but overall dissapointing hotel stay and lack of ammenities for the cost.”
