It is quite clear that they take great pride in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that you have a pleasant experience at their hotel. Ten out of ten - would definitely recommend! ”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
