“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. “Our second stay in Caen but this was our first stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful the gentleman who was on bar and restaurant duty in the evening Was great we thought he was English but it turned out he was French and local but spoke English extremely well. Nice evening meal.”
