“Good location & service”

“They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there”

“酒店位置方便，我住的客房窗口對正龍橋尾，客房整潔衛生，每天晚上回到房間會發現服務員為你送上巧克力，一絲絲甜味已在心中，大堂行李服務員態度積極，下雨時開傘接送，當每次出入大堂服務員都是笑容滿面跟你打招呼，態度殷勤，早餐款式可以，而且每天會有少少不同款式可供選擇，味道不過不失。”

“the staff are super nice and helpful. We joined a local tour via the hotel but the experience was not that good, as the guide came 35 minutes earlier than the booking time, and that we were toured to a silk shop for an hour. The hotel did collect our feedback and reverted to the agency. The spa and the breakfast are wonderful as well. Yet the pool condition can be improved. In conclusion, the hotel is good value for money. ”

“Great stay! The hotel is conveniently located, about 5-10mins walk from the old town. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We booked transfers to/from Hoi An and tours through the hotel, and everything was safe and smooth. The breakfast buffet was ok. ”
