“From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. ”

“This property has a lot of mixed reviews. Some people love it and others hate it. My family and I really liked because we did not get any of the bad rooms. I call them "bad" because there are some rooms with no windows and they are really small. If you get those you will not like your stay very much. “入住時房間冷氣空調不夠冷及有嘈音，我們要求換了多間房間，最終也為我們安排二樓比較面積大及冷氣空調系統較涼給我們，出入員工也很友善，會打招呼，園林景觀花草比較多，早餐普通，有免費船去會安古城很方便，酒店步行去古城也只需5分鐘，酒店也提供叫車服務來回機場，比call Grab平少少，整體洒店很寧靜，適合渡假，全部是外國人及韓國人入住。”

“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”
