"They let you wait at lobby during chek out say need to check if you use mini bar and stuff. So we wait at lobby for at least 20-30 mins. Only when we ask the recletion lady she realize we were still waiting and say check out was completed. We expect at least you tell me then we don’t have to just wait there"

"Fusion is a top notch resort in Da Nang. Attention is paid to every details in the design of our room. We love the spacious bathroom and the ocean facing view. We watch sunrise and sunset in bed! Our room is spotlessly clean. The staff in front desk, spa, restaurants and everywhere in the hotel are all friendly, ready to help and just make you feel comfortable.
