“房間整潔，工作人員服務也不錯。浴室水壓不夠，房間內有廚房，但沒有任何餐具或煮食用具。房卡不太靈光。”

“入住時房間冷氣空調不夠冷及有嘈音，我們要求換了多間房間，最終也為我們安排二樓比較面積大及冷氣空調系統較涼給我們，出入員工也很友善，會打招呼，園林景觀花草比較多，早餐普通，有免費船去會安古城很方便，酒店步行去古城也只需5分鐘，酒店也提供叫車服務來回機場，比call Grab平少少，整體洒店很寧靜，適合渡假，全部是外國人及韓國人入住。”

“Planned on staying for 3 nights and ended up adding on 2 more nights because we loved this place so much! The most amazing attentive staff, attention to detail in everything they do from decor, spa, service, and a pillow menu, great location, relaxing pool… I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. It really blew us away! Have stayed in numerous relais chateaux properties and the service and care was on par or perhaps better!”

“Been here for three days and it is absolutely great experience. The beach is just aside the hotel and I like the environment. Free shuttle transfer between Hotel and Hoi An ancient city. One thing for improvement is the breakfast, limited choice and food quality does not match the value. But overall, I will come back to this hotel! ”
