“L’hôtel était parfait ! Le personnel était très aimable, la propreté impeccable et la vue incroyable. Le seul bémol était le matelas, qui était très dur (mais tous les hôtels que nous avons visités en Italie avaient le même problème) ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent.”

“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”
