“I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.”

“For the price per night paid here there is not much services. We asked for housekeeping to come clean our lodge twice in the morning and the room was still not cleaned till 4:30 in the afternoon, so we gave up. Calling front desk was always busy, so the easiest way is to text message them and wait for response. The next day we specifically requested housekeeping clean our room and put away the sofa bed, came back to the room and the sofa bed was still there. Room is nice though, it is well……

“What a beautiful resort! I spent some time there for a girls weekend and it was so relaxing. The rooms are updated and clean, and they even leave snacks for you at no additional charge. The views from our patio were absolutely amazing. We were right on the beach. The first day was a little chilly, but they have blankets for you to take outdoors if necessary. They light bonfires in the evening and have many chairs available for their guests right on the beach. Saltwood restaurant is onsite……

“Overall, my stay was very enjoyable. Natalie at the front desk was fantastic—friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel’s prime location is a major plus, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the building's sound insulation; noise from people walking in the halls and doors closing was quite noticeable. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I’d consider staying again.”
