“Beautiful facility but we had multiple reservations. I previously had to cancel 1 room out of the 4 ..... the one for our bride and groom. I went down to pay for it and it had been canceled along with the ONE room we had asked to cancel. Long story short.... the young man working the check-in (starts with E) was looking for another room and I said they'd have to book us a different room for our bride and groom and he said "we have lots of bride and groom's and yours is not my problem". “Stay was great until i went to the lobby to check out and retrieve my vehicle from valet. There were what appeared to be 2 employees working the front desk. However only one was helping a customer, as i stood there with my bags for over 10 minutes the other employee avoided eye contact and never once asked if she could help me. So i thought she was perhaps busy doing something i could not see. Then a gentleman came down to the lobby and she promptly helped him. I spoke up and said excuse me,……
