“Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable. This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background.”

“My date was a drunken mess but the property was fabulous. Highly recommend the beach club, Niko is amazing and takes care of every need while you are lounging and enjoying the private beach. Dog friendly resort and plenty of complimentary activities always happening on property like sound bowl events, coffee tastings, and the restaurant has some delicious offerings as well. Pool has great food & drink service and the chairs and setup are well spaced so you can feel like you are not being crowded……

“This small guest house met the needs of 5 men (one father and son) and slept us comfortably. My son and I shared a bed and all the beds were comfortable. The guest house was smaller than I would have liked, but that was the only downside. The landlord was very accomodating and easy to work with, and gave us a discount when one aspect of our rental did not work the way it was intended. ”
