“It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! ”

“The Condo itself is laid out great and has potential to be an excellent rental. It needs new mattresses desperately, patio furniture also needs upgraded, there were no beach chairs and the owner needs to do whatever they can to get rid of the mold smell. ”
