“Nice, quiet location across the street from Crescent Beach, within 10 minutes of St. Augustine Beach, and 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. For boaters, there is a public ramp into the inland waterway almost on the property. John is a great host. We had a couple of minor issues which he took care of right away. The beds are comfortable, there is plenty of living space, and a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time in the area.”

“This condo was very nice. Contained many extras in kitchen which worked perfect for our late Thanksgiving celebration. Nice dock access across the street on the intercostal and easy access to the beach. Most fantastic shower in master bath with great few of the ocean! Only one thing I would recommend is the living room furniture could be upgraded. Way to soft for people over 60. ”

“The location was great. There are not many people on the beach at this location. It was easy access to the beach. The condo needs an update. It is small but perfect for two people. It was clean just outdated.”
