“Nice”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Loved having private access to the beach, the views were beautiful, and the private pool was perfect for our family. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Divina the owner was so friendly and welcoming, giving us tips of things to do and checking in periodically to see if we needed anything. It’s a huge house with plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family. We would definitely look to stay here again……

“This is a very small unit, comfortable for 2. Beautiful view from the balcony. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine.The numbers on the entry key pad are very difficult to see and read. The 2 a/c units keep the cool.”

“This condo was exactly as listed! The owner was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there, no need to bring anything extra. Depending on when you stay there may be a parking issue with not enough spaces but that is the building’s issue. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Townhouse was decorated beach style and very nice furniture , fluffy towels , beach chairs/ umbrellas , beach toys, every kitchen utensil needed , comfy beds , extra fans in every room , extra hairdryers . Overall the condo was great. The only thing is my dad has bad knees and I felt really bad him climbing the stairs. Also the beach access is walking distance but also has a lot of stairs if your traveling with kids , take a beach buggy. You can drive on the beach if you have a 4 wheel drive. ”

“Great vacation for our family! The house was perfect & had tons on space along with everything described! It was in great location & the beachfront views & intercostal were amazing! Only issue was the walk down to beach was steep, but option to use the neighborhood’s walkway helped! We hope to stay there again!”
