“The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it wasn’t cold. At 9pm we had to ask for a fan and for them to look at the air conditioner. We had to wait downstairs for an hour. The fan helped but the ac wasn’t fixed. The bathroom leaked water into the room and if you had to use the toilet you walked through a wet bathroom floor from the shower and the blocked bathroom drain. Walking from the wet bathroom floor back into the bedroom with wet feet was dangerous”

“Great hotel, new and well maintained. We got connecting room which was great. The staff went out of their way to help us with all the questions, helped arrange the transportation and all the tours we wanted to do. It was very nice ! Thank you for having us ”

“A huge spider crawled on me and woke me in the middle of the night. In the morning I could see bites on my chest and hand. When we told the staff during check out, the two female reception agents did not do anything to address it. The one agent responded with she was really scared of spiders so please don’t tell her the details. The other agent, asked to take a picture of the spider. They didn’t ask if we needed any assistance regarding the spider bite, barely an apology. We explained to them……
