“The staff, everyone included were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was very nice, in an hacienda style keeping with a great tradition and same to the hacienda, which dates back to the 16th century. This probably the best hacienda we have stayed at. Every aspect, atmosphere, pools, restaurant and chapel exceptional and well kept. Our bed was so comfortable!! ”

“las caminadoras eran lentas, había 3. la lberca es lo mejor de todo ! la comida del restaurante malísima y lo que le sigue. el servicio en el restaurante bueno por el personal pero tardado y muy mala la comida. dejamos pasar los 8 desayunos que teníamos incluidos . ”

“Todo muy bien pero la alberca sigue aún con el agua fria deberían de meter caldera porque sus bombas de agua caliente no son suficientes así subiría más el turismo”

“El hotel me encanto entre semana es ideal para adultos si te quieres relajar. Se siente una paz y una relajacion perfecta. Es ideal para adultos mayores ya que esta en olanta baja todo, tienen acceso para silla de ruedas. La atencion y servicio es confortable. Tienes que consumir alimentosby bebidas en el restaurante los precios son accesibles pero no tan economicos. Cuentan con un Jacuzzi delicioso con agua calientita. El agua de la alberca es muy confortable. Sin duda regresaria.”
