“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

However, I am glad I checked my bank account before leaving because I was charged almost an extra $300 on my bank account when I did not owe that at all! Spoke to the lady at the counter and I’m hoping I see all that I was almost charged on my account”
