“房間入面的被芯是發霉的，令人非常嘔心。睡上一晚後身體很痕癢、但當時未能發現其原因，直至最後一晚才發現原來被芯是超級發霉的 (又黃又黑)，職員表示正常、沒有任何反應、本人十分不滿他們的回應態度，各位入住時要小心。”

“The hotel was well appointed and clean. Staff were very friendly and quick to accommodate. They even left us some complimentary treats to recognize our anniversary. Subtle touches such as swapping out the elevator welcome mats for the time of day were noticed. It was a lovely stay and we would come back. ”

“We have stayed at the hotel Teatro many times over the years, it is a lovely hotel with a fantastic restaurant bar and a really nice lounge coffee area. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet. The location is great too. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating.”
