“Well designed hotel. A little bit too small but very comfortable. Pet friendly and doesn’t chat extra pet fees.”

“The room was clean, shower had good pressure, the staff was really friendly. There is a restaurant inside that serves good food. The hotel has a parking garage attached which made it very easy to get into the hotel. The hotel is very close to the ravens and Orioles stadiums 15 minute walk. There's a casino 10 minute car ride away. Overall very good hotel.”

“There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. ”

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to……

“I highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Baltimore area. Very spacious for myself, my husband and our 4 kids. Lorraine checked in on us every other day and Mr. Derrick made sure everything was in order upon our arrival.”

“Online, it looked pretty good. CLose to the convention center and equipped as a studio so I could keep food there and save money on restaurants. When I got there at 3:30 PM I found an apartment building with a locked door requiring a code to open. I did not have the code. Never received it. I found the phone number online and called it, got a message that gave me a different number to call. I called that number and got an automatic reply instructing me to leave a voice message.
