“The staff are really nice ”

“Normally, this is my favorite place to stay. However, the last time I stayed there the city had received a bunch of snow (5-7") 2 days before. While some of it was starting to melt, the driveway & sidewalks needed to be plowed/shovled better- especially since it was starting to melt. It was difficult walking to the car across the street & moving wheeled suitcases through the snow. ”

“I have loved Hotel Saint Louis since it's opening. I have noticed that now that it's been open for a while it's lost some of those touches that make that hotel feel like a unique experience. They no longer have reusable water bottles and don't offer any form of a mini bar. The market that they have is overpriced and very limited especially considering there is a grocery store two blocks away. I had to remake my bed on arrival because it was messily put together. “Everything was good similar to a resort stay. Walking distance to the arch. Connected to the casino and resturants. The staff were polite and professional! I read reviews after I booked and was hesitant about keeping the reservation. After my stay im glad i kept it everything about my stay was comfortable. ”
