“First of all, we were not aware that this was an “all suite” hotel. I was shocked when we opened the door to our room! The suite was lovely. We had a small issue with the lack of cold water in our shower, but it was addressed immediately. There was only one (of 4) elevator operating. The repairs and inspection on the front two are due to be completed by end of May (2025). I believe the 4th elevator was in use for the ballrooms/meeting rooms in the lower level. “From the valet going out of his way to show us where they would keep out luggage until checkin, to the front desk who had our room ready early, to the fantastic meal at Ruth's Chris, then the Starbucks in the morning. “Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Loved the location. Breakfast and kick-back were top notch and much appreciated. Staff was wonderful. Loved that the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in dispensers and not the individual little bottles. Only complaints - mattresses were hard and you could feel every spring. Water pressure in the shower was low. Elevators were a nightmare, there's only one for many of the floors and it was always overfull. Luckily we found the stairs. Will definitely stay again.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
