“Location is excellent with all the sites we wanted to see within a 10 minute drive. This area is near several medical centers and is in a safe neighborhood as well. Room was well appointed, clean and modern. Staff was friendly and gave good suggestions on dinning. ”

After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”).
