“I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, central to everything, which made exploring the area very convenient. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and the hotel was kept impeccably clean throughout my visit. I also found the food to be of high quality and very enjoyable. The only drawback was that the room was smaller than expected, but overall, this did not take away from a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“The hotel is wonderful. 15 min walk to most attractions. There are several night clubs on the same block. We've tried Dicey's Garden on a Saturday night and had a blast. An awesome not-too-expensive Michelin-guide restaurant is nearby: Richmond. Lots of places with live music within couple of blocks. It was a perfect place to retire to after walking all day. Highly recommended.”
