Massage was excellent, every employee had a smile and was sincerely friendly. Most nights I ended up in the lounge listening to the restaurants music curled up reading by the fireplace. ”

“It was only after we arrived at the property we were told that the pool and our jacuzzi were both out of order. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known before hand. We even ran out of hot water when taking showers at night. It seemed old and in need of many updates and the worst part is the general manager was not helpful at all. I wanted a full refund for showing up to a non functional hotel but the general manager only offered a coupon for a free weekend. It was the WORST experience……
