The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. “We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available.
