The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. “It’s a very nice motel with all the basic needs for comfortable stay. We stayed only one night but definitely like to go back again. Our room is clean and comfortable. This property is in a nice location, very close to North Conway downtown and scenic area like Diana bath and crystal cascade water falls. It’s a good place to stay for summer gateways vacation if go to NH. The front desk is very nice, check in or out is quick and easy. We have nothing to complain.”

“The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.”
