“Clean comfortable room. Great location for walking to points of interest in East Nashville. Nice view from the rooftop deck. Noise from street and nearby establishments is a bit of an issue. I had expected the noise based on other reviews. It was not overly intrusive. I would definitely stay at this location again. ”

“We chose this property for the size and location. It’s actually much larger than the pictures and has 5 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. The listing only mentioned 4 bedrooms. I considered these nice bonus but odd that it wasn’t correctly listed. We attempted to contact the host through the app to request early check and never got a response. To be fair I only tried the email/text function. I did not try to call. At check in, the code provided did not work. But the property manager showed up……

“We had a great time at the purple house. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and the fenced in yard was amazing. The back yard was not as usable as we expected but it had a great front porch. ”

“It was a unique place with lots of rooms for a large group. It is decorated super cute and the beds were comfortable. It was close enough to downtown for us and wasn’t overly expensive to Uber. It wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. There was hair in one of the beds. There wasn’t many towels to go around, so you either need to bring your own our do laundry. ”

“Wonderful Location. Just 1 mile to pedestrian bridge, to walk over to Broadway, with free parking at that parking lot. Quiet neighborhood. Nicely updated. Fun Nashville decor. Very Clean. Has all the amenities of a small house including washer and dryer. We saved lots of money cooking at the house. We loved it and would hear again. ”

“Amazing house, highly recommend staying with kids and pets. The bunkbeds are an instant hit with the kids. Be careful with the cabinet between the bunkbeds, it is tethered to the wall but the lamp is not and has taken some abuse. Thankfully we noticed before and took it down before it crashed down on a kids head. The communication was top nitch and super easy check-in and out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again! ”

“The apartment itself was great. Clean, spacious, just what we were looking for as a group of 7. However, communication was terrible with the management company. I feel it would be much more convenient if they used text messaging to communicate door codes and other important info. All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions……

“Long glass front door needs a shade, ceiling fans dirty. Needs more lighting in downstairs bathroom. Refrigerator the stainless outside needs a good cleaning. Numbers missing on the back garage did not know if it was the correct one.”
