“no respetan las reservaciones, fue muy desagradable llegar con la familia con niños y recibir la noticia que no nos darian habitacion aun cuando ya estaban pagadas, pues ya estaban todas ocupadas, nos tuvieron por mas de dos horas esperando y finalmente a las 00:30hrs nos dijeron que no podian hacer nada, que mal servicio,esto fue un fraude.”
