“Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. ”

“Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. ”

“The property is brand new, and Clark's grocery store is conveniently located across the parking lot behind the gas station. There are also other eateries nearby, all within easy walking distance. In front of the building, you'll find the base campus, with lifts for Snowmass Mall right at your doorstep. Additionally, there is a kids' ski school and adventure center downstairs, making it an ideal choice for families. The list of amenities seems endless, ranging from sushi places to coffee shops,……

“The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit.……
