“房間入面的被芯是發霉的，令人非常嘔心。睡上一晚後身體很痕癢、但當時未能發現其原因，直至最後一晚才發現原來被芯是超級發霉的 (又黃又黑)，職員表示正常、沒有任何反應、本人十分不滿他們的回應態度，各位入住時要小心。”

“The staff was wonderfully accommodating and the hotel offered some really interesting amenities - wine at 5, nightcap late in the evening. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and even on the 2nd floor was quiet! I returned two nights later and had a beautiful suite - plus the hotel is much more affordably priced than others in the area of Union Station, which makes it convenient to get to DIA and to other cities by public transit.”

“Have stayed at a lot of nice hotels thanks to work travel. This trip was leisure with the family and this hotel is by far the nicest I've ever stayed at. We even canceled a night at another hotel in Denver to extend our stay here. The price was unbelievable, the hotel pool & hot tubes are phenomenal, rooms are incredible. Wish I took advantage of the spa. We also stayed one night at the Ameristar down the street on this trip. It was nice but Monarch is absolutely worth the extra $50 dollars……
