Some aspects of the property itself could use some work: there was a strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the rooms and there was water damage on the bedroom carpet. Lots of outdoor space which was great and the open layout allowed for all in our party to have room to hang out together in one place. ”

“Very generous great room with two sofas and large armchair in living area near TV and fireplace, large dining table with comfortable room for eight, and a spacious kitchen with island and plenty of utensils and small appliances. Large separate sitting room with lounge, day bed, desk. Adequate bedrooms with updated bathrooms. In other words, we found plenty of "elbow room" for our week-long stay during which we entertained family for Thanksgiving meals. Large yard with view of ducks on the pond,……

“The house accommodated every need we had and then some. Great location and great house! We cooked our own food. We got up every day and made fresh coffee and breakfast and toured the local areas. Would have liked more dinner plates so we would not have to wash as often and lids for cookware to contain splatters on the stove. Either way, no big deal. One of a kind place to visit! Great accommodations! Highly recommend it.”
