“The rooms were very dingy and felt unclean. The bed mattresses were in such bad condition that I could not sleep whole night and the highway noise was so high that I finally checked out the next day. The towels were like rags and property is very dilapidated and felt unsafe though the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. This should be dubbed as a very low budget hotel ”

“Excellent location in downtown Lakewood, very close to shopping and variety of dining options. Also quite close and convenient driving to mountains (Red Rock, Dinosaur Ridge, Lookout Mountain), and not far from downtown Denver. Both hotel and our room were clean and quiet. “The staff was kind and accommodating. Holly was wonderful and knowledgeable. The only thing was there was giant rats all around the property in the back running around and our window didn’t have a screen on it on the first floor so that was concerning. Also there was giant dead rats along the building as well it was scary and disgusting. ”
