“I love the hotel for its history. It is a nice place to stay and the staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. I cannot speak for all rooms, but mine was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but that is an individual taste. ”

“Everything was good, except the valet Parking. They charge $50 for the valet parking. We text the valet ticket number and then we have to go and wait for considerable amount of time before the car comes out. The valet has to wait on us and we should not wait on the valet when we are paying $50 for one night. This must change. I could see they were very short staffed. Yet they were charging every exorbitant amount, but not staffing up well to provide good quality of service. ”
