“訂房網與酒店不知哪方出問題？找不到資料，入住及退房都花了些時間，現在還有費用問題不知該如何處理！ 另外，隔音弱ㄧ些，隔壁房客聊天到半夜1點多又抽菸！！”

“已經入住幾次，房間整潔、員工服務態度良好。 酒店位置方便，住客生日時入住酒店主動免費奉上生日蛋糕。有恆溫泳池，冬天也可以游泳，健身室也可以深夜使用。”

“A brave new hotel at hotel. all staff there are getting their best to serve guests well. Rooms are spacious and has a lot of smart design in terms of lighting control, enormous TV programs selection. But we think the design could have done better not to waste some room space , and the room decorations a bit plain, the lobby, hallways seem to missing the grandeur of Shangri La. ”

“Breakfast was a disappointment! Should have different dishes to select daily. Basically the hotel is repeating the same menu daily.”

“One of the better hotels I stayed in Fuzhou. New, clean and attentive staff. I was originally concerned that I could not confirm a non-smoking room. However, the rooms turned out to be fine -- no smoke smell at all. Surprisingly we had a normal room and still it had an ocean/beach view from the balcony -- Bonus! We had the breakfast and dinner at the main dining hall and it was excellent! Overall, this was a really nice hotel.”
