“Our stay at this hotel began promisingly with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and good food. However, this positive experience took a sharp turn when we returned to find our room door wide open, with all our valuables—electronics, passports, clothing—exposed to anyone who walked by. Given that our room was less than 10 feet from an occupied room and only 50 feet from a restaurant open to the public, this situation was both unsettling and unacceptable. “Stayed here for a wedding. Our room had an enclosed patio but it opened into a corner during a large street celebration which was quite loud. I would have preferred almost any other room in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and called me when I had left a few things behind. ”
