“Our stay at the property was very nice. We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit, with the pool table. Our family enjoyed having the pool table for nightly games. The resort property was clean and safe and the condo itself was modern and nice. Staff was attentive and quick to help us with any request or questions.”

“The room key doesn’t work sometimes. I think the back of the apartment is swimming pool when I see pictures online. But it’s not. ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“We had a wonderful time! We stayed in the family apartment, and it was perfect for our small children! The proximity to the pool/ waterpark was amazing. The resort has numerous amenities that is a huge plus. We felt safe and will definitely be back for another stay!”
