“This place was amazing. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in tower 5. We loved the lazy river and our pool. It was nice to be able to travel around to the other towers as well. They really have eveything you need on the resort. There is a general store/gift shop in the wyndham grand along with a coffee shop and restaurant. There was a nice restaurant on the water at tower 6 I believe. Tower 5 also had a place to eat that was good. Just so many options and so……

In contrast to previous experiences, where we encountered unpleasant mold odors and subpar accommodations, this place was exceptional. The waterpark was particularly captivating for my family, especially my children, who are between the ages of one, six, fifteen, and seventeen. They thoroughly enjoyed the various attractions and activities available. ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……
