“Had a rough start to our booking, when 2 days before arriving we were called and said our room had flooded due to a pipe burst, and they had to cancel our reservation. However, after working through Expedia the Inn found us a replacement room. Checking in was a bit confusing, as the hotel is not clearly marked. There is a small awning that says Breakwater, but with shops on the ground floor we thought that was referencing the shopping plaza, and not where to go to check in. But alas, after……

“Exceptionnel cabins, great restaurant, quiet comfortable luxury. Was disappointed by the very high amour of packaging with their food served in plastic containers if you eat by the pool and for all in room dining meals, which is truly excessive and sad to see. I also wish there was a more attractive spa services with steam bath, hot and cold plunge. ”

“There was not one thing we did not like about this Inn. Diane has very skillfully thought of everything you could possibly need to make you feel as if you are truly at home! Our entire stay was very comfortable, relaxing, and the breakfasts were outstanding. We cannot wait to return!”

“This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot. I asked if it was possible to get a bigger broom & mop and she ordered them for us to use while we were there. This is also in a quiet spot on the strip. Overall was a fantastic spot to stay with a great host. If I could tweak a few minor things: water pressure is good but not strong. One other tweak……

“My family visited Maine the first week of August 2017 . There were 9 of us and three generations. From the first time I contacted the owner Don he was very accommodating making sure that all of our needs were met from the space in his home to suggesting different activities for all of us to enjoy. Upon arrival he greeted us with a tour of his home as well as wine and cheese. Throughout the week he would check in and make sure that we were content. Even afterward he made sure that all business……
