“This lovely cottage was so perfect for our family of 5! Furnished with every amenity we could possible want, very clean and comfortable. Special touches with extra towels, soap and comfortable beds. Location is great, minutes from Dock Square, the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space with the open floor plan of this extremely well maintained home!”

“The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! ”

“The condo was in a perfect location, for a late summer long weekend. The amenities of the condo, were really nice. The size of the condo was great. Very spacious living space. The beds were a little small, and primary bath could have been a little cleaner, and bigger shower. The two decks were amazing. Kitchen had everything you needed, and was a good size. Loved the 3 sided table, and living room furniture. Very comfortable.”

“The location is good - out of the hustle and bustle of Olgunquit, but close to O and to Portland. Close to beaches. The outdoor pool and fire pit were great. There were lots of amenities at the hotel, but we didn’t know about some until the last night- (indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, gas grills.) We would have loved to take advantage of them! The unit itself was a little shabby, but the beds were comfy and the linens were clean. Lovely little balcony, from which you could see the……

“Perfect location and easy overall process. Only reasons I knocked off a star - no shovel for clearing the snow to the car, listing didn’t say kcups so we bought ground coffee we couldn’t use, and the toilet runs in one of the bathrooms when the opposite bathroom shower is running. Little things considering the overall experience. ”

“A cozy accommodation. Big enough for a small family that wants to spend days on the beach. Small enough for quick cleanup. My family and I enjoyed our stay.”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property……
