“The location was great - right on the beach and we could enjoy the waves from our deck.The unit needed a couple of things fixed, however. The ice maker was broken, the door knob was falling off in the main bedroom and the towel rack was falling off in the bathroom.Also, there were only 2 glasses for a unit that potentially sleeps 8 (No wine glasses at all). We called the number that was given and they told us that they were not required to provide wine glasses (ok, but this is the 1st unit we……

“C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet endroit, dans le même appartement. Nous apprécions la proximité de la plage. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien et la télé également contrairement à l'an dernier. Nous aimons cet endroit, car il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et un four pour cuisiner. Essentiel avec des enfants :-) Les draps et serviettes n'ont pas été changés, mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite moppe pour ramasser le sable sur le plancher. ”

“The location couldn’t be any better, literally a few steps from the beach. The guest contact was very responsive in getting back to me with any questions or concerns we had which is great however there were too many times we had to reach out to them during our stay, all basically minor things but things that should be taken care of prior to guest arrival so we don’t have to ask for thing. He was sure to get these things taken care of as we asked in a timely manner but again things that should……

“Our 4 day 3 night stay was absolutely perfect. The communication and check-in process was seamless. The accommodations were exactly as described in the write-up but even more beautiful in person. Very clean, everything that was needed was available. Decorated perfectly, so pleasant, open and bright!! The 2 bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for the accommodations that we needed, very roomy. 2 patios, the one facing the ocean is where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning sunshine before taking a 6……

“Great location! So close to the beach, right across the street. Very clean, a lot of nice touch’s by the owners. Cute coffee station, little creamers, sugars, non sugars. You will definitely enjoy the place and want to go back. I dealt with the owner Emily who was wonderful and extremely responsive. I would go back in a minute! Thank you Emily!! ”

“A beautiful beach view from the lining room. We took a few day trips to nearby Portland, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit which were very enjoyable. A few concerns with the property were the WiFi response was poor, the TV in the bedroom was not connected to cable, and the cable channels offered in the living room were minimal with most basic channels displayed as locked. ”

“The condo was very nice and new and very clean. I think it could have used a couple frying pans and a few more pots. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the location. There was a dilapidated building to view from every window and it was too hard a walk to the beach with all that we bring. We had to drive to the beach and unload at the access.”
