“This property was a great place for an off-season vacation. The home was exactly as described, very clean and extremely comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!”

“We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more. ”

“This was my second time renting out this place. I came because I had a good experience the first time. The second time not so much. First I will list the pros Pros: good location from the beach . Love the porch and beach gear to borrow Cons: Parking is tight especially when you have all three renting out the different places. Also, the pictures look totally different from the couches that are actually there. Definitely outdated and ready to fall apart. Even hang my clothes in the room, where……

“My wife and I stay for a long weekend, had a great time! Anything you might need is provided, watched the sun rise over the lake right from the dinning table, enjoyed the gas fireplace at night. “Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing.
