“Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative……

“Close to the beach boat rentals and restaurants. Far enough away from the noise. Clean house with all the amenities needed. Philip was great and always available.”

“We stayed because they accept pets. Good place the 24/7 laundry was useable but not everything working”

“There were a couple of items broken when we arrived. Shakey kitchen chairs and a towel bar in the bathroom. The parking was less than ideal. We were told to park next to the porch and not in the driveway, but there was always a car parked on the street in front of that area. So there was no way to pull into it. The place was clean when we arrived and we left it clean.”

“The cottage is great! It's so close to the beach and very cozy. The mattress sinks a little in the middle so we slept on the futon, which was very comfortable. ”
