“Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants and the amusement park. Nice view of the ocean from the side balcony. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a big hit with the little ones. Bonus points for all the beach towels that were supplied and the welcome gift. Only downside was that we were late being able to check in by 45 minutes due to the room not being ready. Also, if……

“Beautiful condo right off the beach, facing the ocean. Love the open layout. Beautiful sunrises! Great place for a family. It is located right next to an amusement park and pier arcade, which I maybe wouldn’t prefer for an adult only vacation, but walking distance to some good restaurants and bars.”

“Despite having charming photos and even looking "nice" inside; our trip here was a nightmare from start to finish. First, the electronic lock on the door wasnt functioning and we were stuck out in the dark waiting for vacasa to give us access via a hide a key. However, even that key didn't work well and kept getting stuck in the door. One appeal of this property was it's "dog friendly" policy. This enabled us to bring our dog (great right?l. Not really. “All your needs are met. It’s a convenient location for Old Orchard beach which is pretty.The bed is a little soft for me, and the pillows are a little hard, just personal likes. I had no cell service in the apartment, I’m with Verizon.It’s easy to contact Kari about anything and she has fast response time.My parking spot is behind the apartment not in front of its door like many others. This works well as I have an oversized vehicle. ”

“Great place to stay with family. Walk out to the beach/ocean; very nice indoor pool for the rainy days; Two minute walk to The Pier; awesome wing place across the street; short walking and driving distance to other great restaurants; such a great week! ”

“Easy check in, great location. Very quiet property while we were there, very relaxing. Unit was clean and comfortable. For future renters, note that you bring your own linens - this was a first for us. Towel inventory is very limited but worked out for the two of us. Front door deadbolt is in need of WD-40, just FYI for owner. Thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after long days of touring. Very close to the beautiful Goose Rocks Beach and Kennebunkport. Would stay here again. Property……

She was quick to respond to any of my messages and always very pleasant to deal with.The location was quiet, clean and comfortable. “My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet……

“The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.”

“Great stay in this cute 1 bedroom. It's one building away from the beach entrance. This is the beautiful view from the chairs outside the door. Its set up with 2 full beds in the bedroom and a queen in the main room. Full kitchen with some basic supplies. We brought what we needed and cooked most of our meals. Walking distance to restaurants, the pier, and mini golf. We had a blast”

“Great location! Well cared for facility. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Stephen at the front desk was a pleasure! He worked hard to help us out. Our unit was quite adorable. Only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work for us. The air conditioner was doing what is should but after a good filter cleaning ( boy did it need it) it worked perfectly.”
