“Overall a pretty nice hotel, checked in later at night (11-11:30) and we had booked a 2 queen bed room and they had given it away. We were given a King bed and had to ask for a roll away bed. Not the service level i expected from a Hyatt hotel. ”

“Hotel and amenities are very nice and love the location. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Pavilion is about a 5 minute walk so perfect place to stay when going to events there. This is our 3rd time staying here and we'll definitely be back.”

“The place is as described in the listing. It's very large and was able to fit our group of 10 easily for the weekend. It was only 10 minutes away from the wedding we were attending which made it worth while.Overall I rated this home 4/5 stars because although it met our needs and Jim got back to us quickly if we needed anything, it's just a pretty outdated home that could use some updates. To note a few things - there were a few cockroaches found throughout the weekend, the pool heater was……
